General remarks

PDF: data supply for deliverables

We kindly recommend to download our Excel-Sheet to order the deliverables for your project. For any order we need the following detailed information on the version:

•  Tape or data format
• Frame rate
• Version (cinema or TV etc.) and intended use (e.g. SRF, ARTE, etc.)
• Subtitle language
• Language version of sound
• Type of sound (e.g. stereo mix, 5.1, LTRT… etc.) and track allocation
•  Title version (if there are several)

Data supply for deliverables

(for DCP please look at data supply for DCP)

Image:

• The image has to be supplied with a start beep
• we can work with the following formats:
• QuickTime (ProRes, DNxHD, XDCam) – for other file formats please contact us.
• MXF (50 MB/s, 422, XDCam)
• Sequences of images: Tiff, dpx – for others please contact us
• HDCam SR, HDCam
• Digibeta, Beta SP, DVCam – in PAL or NTSC
  for others please contact us.

 Sound:

• sound files have to be supplied with start beep (except for  DCP)
• Please describe and label the sound files as detailed as possible: frame rate, version, M&E etc.
• We prefer wav files (for others please contact us).
• Please consider that the frame rate corresponds to the deliverables ordered.

 Subtitles:

• Subtitles have tob e supplied in stl EBU standard.
• Subtitles should be supplied without start beep, ffoa – lfoa (first frame of action to last frame of action).
• Please consider that the frame rate corresponds to the deliverables ordered.
